Don Legnitto - President, Founder and Director: Raised in the furnishings industry, Mr. Legnitto is accomplished both in startup ventures and very large operational data centers requiring mission-critical functions. Mr. Legnitto was Managing Director of Technical Operations for the Pacific Stock Exchange (PCX). Prior to that he was CEO at BASIS where he received the Netscape E-Commerce award for outstanding software development. Don also held the role of EVP/ CTO for Prologic (NASDAQ:PRLOE). He has managed and consulted nationally and internationally in the areas of infrastructure integration, operations, and application development for companies such as HP, Sun Microsystems, AT&T, and Warner Bros. Online. Don has been a featured speaker at various trade conferences.

Bill Goebel - Vice President . Business Development: Mr. Goebel has over 32 years experience in senior management in marketing, sales, licensing, manufacturing, importing & exporting and finance. His broad-based experience has encompassed large and varied product categories with widespread account diversification in all of the principal channels of distribution, including the Apparel, Food, Health and Beauty, Home Furnishings, Small Appliance, and the Media Industries. Proven leader with extensive senior management and marketing experience, both domestic and international, Mr. Goebel is an innovative and creative problem solver with strong skills in strategic and tactical planning.  Solid record of achievement in new product development, building brands, developing customer-focused relationships, total quality management, and implementing new business strategies. Mr. Goebel is knowledgeable in markets and cultures in North America, Latin America, Australia, Africa, Far East and Europe.

Jim Heim - Executive Vice President and CFO: Mr. Heim has over twenty-five years of business management experience and was responsible for capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, strategic business development and other corporate activities. During his career he has managed Initial and Secondary Public Offerings as well as private financing. From 1984-1999 Jim served as Prologic's President and CEO. During that time he oversaw all SEC and financial reporting as well as directing the company's strategic business development efforts. Mr. Heim holds both a Juris Doctor degree and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Martin Diamond PhD - Director of Technical Operations: Dr. Diamond is experienced in application and algorithm design and development. He has worked closely with engineers to design and develop a variety of commercial applications. Dr. Diamond has over twenty five years of experience in both the United States and Europe in management of many new application projects that have required developing requirements and inventing solutions. He has held management and project management positions with Ballast-Nedam, Bell Technical Corporation, Dickens Data Systems, Prologic and Summit. Highly proficient in object design, his technical experience includes commercial, scientific, and graphics applications, utilizing unique database and file systems designs.

Audra Carr - Sales Management: With over 13 years of experience in the International Home Furnishings Industry, Ms. Carr oversees sales and relationships needed to deliver products and services to specific markets. A native of High Point, NC, Audra has held sales and management positions with various showrooms and buildings participating in national and international markets.

Ernest Legnitto - Advisory Board Member and Founder: Over 55 years in the furnishings industry. Recipient of many industry awards, Ernie is currently the founder and president of Furniture Forum; one of the west coast's largest wholesale distributors with 11 showrooms representing over 20 Manufacturing firms across a wide range of products. In the past, Ernie successfully founded California Home Furnishings, Calvin Interiors, and was one of the principals of Furniture Gallery, a large contract and residential furnishings firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bob Legnitto - Advisory Board Member and Founder: Vice President and operations manger of Furniture Forum. Experienced in retail, wholesale and supply chain environments. Manufacturers, designers and retailers often seek out his 26 years of industry and product knowledge. Bob regularly conducts seminars and instructs design students in the business and product aspects of the industry for the San Francisco Mart. Bob is also the Vice President and board member of California Gallery West, Inc., the 26 year old corporate entity of Furniture Forum.
